1. Turn on some fall-inspired music while you work.
2. Set up a simple decorating ‘station’ or tote with your craft supplies prepared ahead of time to make your craft time easy. 
3. Experiment with the art journaling challenge, the prompts can be interpreted any way you wish. 
4. Do listing separately than the embellishing. Sometimes doing this step first gets you in a flow so set a timer and list for 30 minutes. Then go back and decorate your lists.
