When Will I Get My Stickers?

We are taking preorders on stickers, this means we hold your order until we have enough orders for Mr. Crafty to get to making. It may take two plus weeks for your order to even leave our little sticker cutting truck. 

  • Fun Tip: Meditate on this verse while you wait patiently for your order: “But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.” Romans 8:25 NKJ
I got an email saying my order is shipped, can you tell me where it is?

Most shipping is via USPS first class mail which means there is no tracking number. This means you wait on your sticker delivery by faith. 

I live in Canada, can you ship here?

Canada, oh Canada, it can be a little tricky to get these stickers to you my friend! We have gone back and forth on this, as we love our Canadian friends, but we are unable to provide the resources and time it takes to follow up with orders sent to Canada. We have a long history with this issue and it is unfortunate. So here is where we have to stand about shipping directly to Canada:

    • We cannot guarantee delivery of your order or take responsibility for packages shipped to Canada (it is so time consuming and there is too much out of our control when things go wrong).
    • There is a black hole (EEK!) on the border that a portion of orders drop into, neither Canada nor the USA will take responsibility for the envelope, regardless of how it is shipped, or even if it is ensured. At least we can rest assured of this truth: So then each of us shall give account of himself to God. Romans 14:12 NJK
    • Some Canadians will have a friend or family member in the U.S. be their “delivery mule” and you can have your order shipped to them. They then would make the arrangements for your order to ship to Canada.  
    • Digital files are your safest option and we have lots of digital stickers available over at The Reset Girl and The First Love Club!
What types of paper do you print to?

Each product has the paper type used listed in the description so you know exactly what to expect. We use the following when printing stickers:

  • Matte: Used for stickers intended for writing (like Journaling labels)
  • Glossy: The detail and color of stickers printed on glossy paper is INCREDIBLE and produces a superior product!  You will LOVE the smooth feel (typically used for Honeys and small icon stickers) and pop of color they add to your page.
  • Clear: Used for transparent designs (like Vintage Tape) when you want to see some background peek through.
Why are all the stickers sold out?

We offer stickers from the Sticker Truck for short windows of time so we don’t get overwhelmed. In other words we are not open 24/7 for orders. If the truck is not taking orders all the products will appear to be out of stock. They will be available for sale when the Sticker Truck “back in town” again.
